My experience with My Medical Vacations were very good and satisfying. They were very prompt and quick with their services.
Everything that we talked about and agreed upon was done. The staff was a joy to work with. Dr. Valdez was excellent. His manner was profesional but warm and he was attentive to every concern and worry and made sure I was ready and comfortable throughout it all. The nurses and staff was great. Even with my lack of spanish, we were able to work together.
Marlen and Ana were amazing. I could not do all of this without their help. From picking us up, translating and helping us through the processes and coming to check in every day. Their help, specially Ana, in arranging appointment and whatever else was needed were invaluable.
Our stay at the MedBnB made the travel and rest so much easier.
