I have wanted to address all of the extra skin on my neck for at least a decade. Never even considered plastic surgery until I met up with my old high school friend of 40+ years ago, and was amazed last how fabulous she looked.
She recommended MMV and Dr. Valdez, and I was fortunate enough to book surgeries with him and his team.
From start to finish, the communication was top-notch. Kary did an excellent job booking myself and my friend during the same time period so we could share a recovery house for 2 weeks.
Valeria quickly attended to the small issues we had at our Medbnb. Gaby, our housekeeper also quickly took care of any issues we had.
We were met at the airport and from then on were transported to all necessary appointments, safely and on time. Never having been to Mexico and very poor at learning a new language, it was comforting to have everyone able to communicate in English.
My nurse Marlen took very good care of me pre-op and post-op. She answered my questions I had in person and via text very quickly.
My cardiologist was very thorough and I was happy he saw me quickly after my first surgery for a BP issue I was having. He diagnosed and treated it quickly.
Dr. Valdez is a magician. I could not be more pleased with my outcome. The bruising was negligible and the swelling was minimal. Truly, I could not have had a better, more skilled surgeon! My anesthesiologist was amazing, so kind towards me. His nurse is also just the best. Fabulous surgical team.
