I decided to have Lasix eye surgery a few months ago and when I went for the consult found the cost to be unacceptable so I decided to look elsewhere to have the procedure done and that is how I found My Medical Vacations. Immediately they were attentive to every question and need I had and trust me I had many!
Katie responded to every email within minutes of me sending them and always in a professional caring patient way.
Finally the time came for me to have the procedure done and My Medical Vacations team was with me every step of the way! From the moment I got off the airplane until I got back on the airplane to go home.
There was a driver waiting to take me to my destination even though my first appt with the Doctor wasn’t for a week. When it came time for my first Doctor appt not only did My Medical Vacations have a driver pick me up but Katie who had been so wonderful and patient with me was with the driver. She immediately made me feel at ease and appreciated like I was family which isn’t something I have ever experienced here in the States.
They both stayed with me the entire time I was with the Doctor who also turned out to be amazing!
The day of the procedure my driver, Paco was once again on time and welcoming as he took me to the Doctor’s office, once there I got to meet Beatriz who was my guardian angel she like Katie made me feel like family and that she was there for me. She explained everything that was going to take place and her and Paco stayed with my husband and I the entire time.
There were two additional appts after the procedure and for each one I had the same driver Paco and Beatriz with me.
I cannot begin to explain what a blessing all of the team was to me, I have never seen such support and care from a Medical Team and I have worked in the Medical Field for over 20 years.
I left not only being able to see without my glasses for a fraction of the price but I feel as if I also walked away with new friends that showed me love and I will forever be grateful to each and every one of them.
