MMV, what can I say about this amazing team of amazing and helpful people? I flew from LA to Cancun to fix my last Rhinoplasty mistake done by Doctor. Janin was the first point of contact. She explained me all the process and all the map for the procedure even before I was there. A very cool and friendly girl. Then on arrival, you will meet Betty (administration) and Ana (nurse). Betty will be in touch with you all the time. I remember when I was kind of scared of injections, she engaged me in talks and hold my hand to divert my mind. A very kind and sweet person. The nurse Ana, will visit you every day to make sure that you are in progress and taking medications on time without any excuse/hesitation or whatever. She will check your progress every day along with Betty.
Doctor Montalvo, is a magician to me. He did the surgery but no swollen nose or nothing. I was super amazed that how did that happen. My first time at Beverly Hills, when I did Rhinoplasty, my face was like a bee sting. Eyes all swollen and no breathing from the nose. But doctor Montalvo did an amazingly great job with no words to thank him much. He is much more than just a great doctor but a good and kind man.
In a nutshell, my experience with MMV and Doctor Montalvo is beyond the words. I am going to come back to Cancun to visit them again for such a kind and amazing help. Good job Doctor Montalvo, Janin, Betty and Ana.
