Coming to mexico for Breast Implant surgery started out as a joke for us. But the more we looked into it, the more it became a real possibility.
Then Greg came across MMV and started talking to Katie. From the very first email and call she put us at ease.
I used the online contact to ask all sorts of questions and everyone during the decision process was patient and understanding.
I got real answers and felt very taken care of right from start.
Once we reached out hotel and checked in we were taken the first day to meet the Dr. Betty (who picked us up ) was wonderful and thoroughly explained exactly what was planned – where we were going and how the process works – she’s a darling ! Once at the office we met the Dr. Had an exam and decided on implants. Dr. Samano is clear, honest, professional and lets you know what he can do and If your ideas are able to be completed safely. I completely trusted his judgement and I’m very glad I did.
The day of the surgery Ana (my personal nurse) and Paco (driver) picked us up and took us to meet Betty at the hospital where she stayed with me to translate and explain as we went along. The hospital was clean and exactly what I expected it to be considering the level of service received so far. I was taken in to surgery and while gone the staff also made some my fiancé was taken care of.
He was given safe transport and able to wander the mall while I was in surgery.
Dr.samano was in the operating room with me the entire time – translating the process and singing -I was a very good experience.
After came out of recovery Ana and paco brought me back to the hotel to recover. I was given instruccions.
Every day for the rest of my stay I was visited by Ana the nurse. I have on limited access to both Ana and Betty and very professional care.
My recovery has been smooth – I have such a small amount of pain and bruises I am able to enjoy cancun while I heal Dr. Samano did an amazing job and would recommend him to any one.
The MMV Staff one all so caring and professional this was the best decisions we could have made.
