Breast Lift | Mastopexy
DESCRIPTION
Mastopexy or Breast Lift is a surgical procedure to remove or eliminate the excess skin in the Breast and lift the areolas or reduce them in size if they became stretched to make the Breast look youthful, firm and lifted. If the volume of the Breast is too little or too big, an additional Augmentation (Implants) or Reduction of the Breast is recommended. The incisions depend on the type of Breast Lift that is performed. There are three different types of Breast Lifts.
LENGTH OF SURGERY
The average time of this procedure is 1,5 to 2 hours.
TYPE OF ANESTHESIA
Usually it´s performed with a general anesthesia but in some cases it can be performed with a regional nerve block.
