Good afternoon,
I apologize for my delay in writing my experience with My medical vacations. I wanted to put forth an effort to have some time to think through my thoughts, and I wasn’t sure if I was in the right frame of mind when I was preparing for my trip home. The extent of my time in Cancun had its fair share of ups and downs, but my overall outlook on my entire time was a positive experience.
Ana was an excellent care giver, coordinator, and I would like to consider her a friend through this experience. She was always a quick reply, made sure she addressed my concerns, and always made sure we were on time and having what we needed. I think she does an awesome job, and should be recognized for her efforts. I appreciate her taking such good care of us. She is a amazing human!
Andres was also an excellent coordinator. I appreciate him taking the time to talk to Sarah and I when we had a situation with our housing. He went out of his way to make sure we got into the apartment ( which ended up being an awesome place to stay) He also was always kind and pleasant reaching out and talking through any situations. He made me feel very reassured in my decision to come to Cancun.
Val- Took me to my hair appointment and drove me home. She was so very kind to set up the appointment and make sure I got there on time and was happy with my experience. I am appreciative for the opportunity to meet Val!
Kary- I did not have much of an experience with her, as prior to her taking over, Betty had done all of our communication. We did not see much of Kary on this trip, but I do think she had a hand in coordinating my dental appointments, and for that I am very appreciative for.
Dr Andres- I have the utmost respect for what he does. He made me feel comfortable, reassured and confident in my decisions. He was knowledgeable and kind, and I am very happy with what he did for me. This was an excellent experience with him as my doctor.
Dr Mark/Dr Andrea- this experience with my dental team was something I cannot be more thankful for. Getting this work done on my mouth was something I have prayed and dreamed of. They gave me back the confidence in my smile- and for that I will be eternally grateful for. Andrea was exactly what I needed to help me through this long process of hours of work. She is so smart and extremely talented at what she does. I am SO blessed to have had her perform this on me, and I will forever owe her for allowing me the opportunity to confidently smile again.
Overall my experience with My medical vacations has changed my life. It allowed me the opportunity to slow down my life pace and experience something specifically for myself. I am appreciative for all that put forth an effort to make my time in Cancun be something I will hold in my heart forever. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for taking me as a patient.
