Sorry for the delay in my testimonial for my experience with My Medical Vacations. It has been emotional couple of weeks 😊

I want to thank Andres for his assistance with finding us alternate housing when we first arrived in Cancun. The apartment he assisted us with finding was excellent. It was clean, safe, and had the amenities we were looking for. I would recommend this apartment even with the additional cost.

My nurse Ana was exceptional. She is skilled, knowledgeable, experienced, and compassionate. She genuinely cared about me and made sure all my needs were met. She was available without hesitation and was always willing to help. Even after leaving Cancun, she has continued to provide care and has been quick with responding. It is clear that she loves her job and her patients. She has the kindest heart and her passion and dedication to helping others was evident. I cannot thank her enough for the care she provided.

I am so thankful for Dr. Valdez. He was attentive, personable, and professional. After meeting him and discussing my procedure, I felt confident in his abilities and the plan. He is detail oriented and proactive and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best possible outcome for my surgery. Not only is he an incredibly gifted surgeon, but he is also caring and empathetic. I couldn’t be happier with my results or the care he provided.

I do not know her name, but I want to thank Dr. Valdez’s nurse. She was sympathetic and kind and made me feel at ease when I was overwhelmed. I appreciate everything she did for me.

I have been a Registered Nurse for over 10 years, and I was impressed with the medical care I received. Prior to my surgery a complete and comprehensive medical assessment was completed. The thoroughness of these assessments made me feel confident that my health and safety was of the highest priority. The services, clinical care, and knowledge of the nurses, anesthesiologist, and surgeon far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend using My Medical Vacations for any medical procedure.
