My experience at My Medical Vacations has all around been a very pleasant experience.
The first contact I had was with Katie who was always available and always more than happy to answer to any questions I had or any requirements I could email at any time and received very fast responses.
Then up on arrival I met Betty who was also so lovely, I then had 2 phone numbers to contact at any given time to anything I may have needed. The doctor was lovely any made any nerves calm with the relaxing environment a his explanation of the procedure the surgery its self was also relaxed, I had someone with me at all times holding my hand ( as, I was obviously still a little nervous). It was very simple and fast (so it seemed) and afterwards I had the nurse available if I needed her every day until my departure, there is always someone there English speaking which made the situation a whole lot more bearable.
I would highly recommend My Medical Vacations, I certainly feel I made the right choice coming here, and met some of the loveliest people.
