My experience with my medical vacations has been great Alessa was very helpful during the booking process and worked with me to answer all of my questions and coordinate for any special requests. DR. Valdez was very professional and was so patient and thorough, he took the time to answer all of my questions explain my options and make sure that I understood those options and the differences. I never felt rushed and I could tell he wanted to give me the changes I desired but always was sure to explain redistrict expectations and keep my health and effects on my body the top priorities my nurse Ana was amazing! She took great care of me and helped me with everything I needed at first and slowly coached me to be more independent as my departure date neared, Ana always assured me that the effects of my healing process were normal whenever I was concerned. She was friendly and kind and I can tell that she truly cares about her patients, having surgery in another country made me a bit nervous and skeptical at first but after experiencing the care from Dr. Valdez and the MMMV staff, I am confident to recommend MMV to my friends as a much more cost effective option to surgery in the US.
