I wanted to share my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional care I received from your team during my recent cosmetic surgery. As someone who doesn’t frequently undergo medical procedures, I was initially quite apprehensive about cosmetic surgery on my lower face. However, your team surpassed all my expectations and made my experience truly remarkable.
Finding a high-quality doctor whose work I could trust was my top priority. Dr. Valdez not only met this expectation but exceeded it by offering an online consultation to address all my concerns. This initial interaction set the tone for the rest of my journey. A safe, clean hospital with a private recovery room was another crucial factor, and your facilities were impeccable. Moreover, the highly qualified medical team tended to my every need from the moment I arrived until my departure, making the entire process seamless and reassuring.
The level of service provided was unparalleled. From the moment we were picked up from the airport during Hurricane Beryl and transported to our Airbnb, every detail was meticulously handled. Whether it was Ana or Marlen accompanying me to pre-surgery appointments, bloodwork, EKGs, x-rays, or the numerous follow-ups at Dr. Valdez’s office and the IV treatment clinic, I always felt supported and well-cared for. They even helped with practical needs, like a trip to Costco for groceries, transporting my boyfriend for his procedure orientation, and finding nausea medication at the pharmacy.
Their dedication didn’t stop there. Ana booked a manicure and pedicure for me and ensured I had transportation on Saturday. Post-surgery, Ana or Marlen visited daily to check and clean my stitches, regardless of the hour. The commitment of these two professionals was evident in their tireless efforts and genuine concern for my well-being.
While in the hospital, Dr. Valdez visited me three times after surgery, with additional check-ins from the anesthesiologist. Dr. Valdez’s proactive approach to my blood disorder, which causes clotting, was particularly reassuring. Unlike other surgeons, he insisted on further testing to ensure my safety, demonstrating that my health was his utmost priority.
Ana and Marlen’s exceptional customer service was both refreshing and comforting. They treated me not just as a patient, but with genuine care and respect, making me feel like their top priority. By the time I left, I felt as though I had made two new friends. Their dedication to their work and their compassion were evident in everything they did, from arranging appointments to providing emotional support.
