From the moment I made contact with Betty at My Medical Vacations, I have been blown away at the level of service, attentiveness to detail and dedication to their clients. Betty schedule and was present for two video consults and answered any question I had. I made the decision to move forward with the surgery with Dr. Arturo Valdez via My Medical Vacations.
I made travel plans and within 24 hrs. had an itinerary lined out and all of my transportation covered. Once I arrived the “red carpet” treatment continued as Betty and my wonderful nurse Ana were there with me every step of the way.
Any questions I had were answered and any fearsand apprehension disappeared after I met with Dr. Valdez. Betty and Ana were right there with me. Ana came to my room at the resort I stayed at evert day, despite the fact that it was 15 min away, to make sure I was comfortable and healing.
To say that they go over and above is an understatement. They truly care about the patients. I have not only had a truly stress free medical experience but have made friends in the process.
I did not meet everyone that has a hand in My Medical Vacations but I would say that I know the standard they set ad I am sure I would feel the same way about those I did not have the pleasure of meeting.
