I cannot write a quick and simple testimonial for My Medical Vacations and Dentics in Cancun Why? Because Diana and Dr. Sanchez and her staff have shown me the most compassionate, kind and helpful dental service I have ever had in my LIFE! To understand this, you need to read my story: Its been at least 3 or more years since I visited my seasoned dentist because I did not had any issues, although I did have a bridge fall out about 15 years ago, which I learned to live with by eating everything on my right side. About 4 weeks ago, before my vacation to Cancun, I cracked a lower left molar and went to see my dentist who I have been loyal for about 10 + years and based on his opinion, had a crown installed. Of course, when he was finished he asked when will I have the bridge installed? I asked his opinion on implants and his answer was: A bridge will solve all 3 teeth issues, the gap, and the crowns needed on each side for about half the cost and no surgery. The one implant will only fill the gap and I will still need to place a crown on each side of the implant. This would be very costly and will require surgery. So I was leaning toward the bridge solution since it sounded like a quick, cost-effective solution to solve my upper left teeth issues. Until I Contacted Diana at MY MEDICAL VACATIONS in Cancun and asked about the cost and process to get dental work in Cancun. Diana was Totally professional and explained everything to my satisfaction. She made all the appointments and transportation arrangements. The day of my 1st appointment I had a CT Scan, X rays and complete evaluation by 2 dentists. Dr. Sanchez, however, explained the issues with my teeth. One was decayed, had no nerve, was infected and had to be pulled. The other side of the bridge if I had gotten one from my US Dentist, I had very little root left and over time would have been loosened up and fallen out along with the bridge. Because of the gap a third tooth was hitting the bone and needed to be pulled aswell. The best long term solution recommended by Dr. Sanchez was to pull these 3 teeth and add 2 implants big enough to fill the void. After getting the cost from Martin, which was less than half of what my USA Dentist Quoted and I quickly agreed and Dr. Sanchez cleaned my teeth, pulled 3 teeth and placed 2 implants and stitched up my gums, with care and Compassion that I had no swelling and very little to no pain after surgery. The next day I was able to enjoy my vacation normally!! No Swelling ever and no pain at all!
Thank you so much Dr. Sanchez and staff, you have given me the best dental service I have ever had! I will never go back to my old dentist in USA,
I will come back to Cancun so Dr. Sanchez and staff can finish up all my dental needs on my next trip. I can´t wait
