The My Medical Vacations team delivers!

From the coordination & transportation, medical visits, and medical care, I did not have a worry, they escorted me and stayed with me for a treatment. The only thing I had to do was take care myself. The team responds 24/7 to any concerns, or shopping need… or whatever. I have to give special mention to Alejandra!

She was exceptional from the beginning! She would respond to any inquiries right away and if the requirement was I or someone else’s, she would make sure the message got to the right person. Having said that the rest of the team was amazing too!

Kary, (coordinator) and Marlen (my nurse) were only a message away. Marlen visited me everyday following surgery to make sure all was well. Always kind, friendly and unnished you felt like you were their only patient. The great thing about the team was their exceptional organization, kind approach and availability to their patients.
