Thank you for the fantastic experience I have had in Cancun for my face/neck lift surgery.
After postponing for two years because of Covid-19 and finally getting to meet these wonderful people I have been talking too, I couldn’t be happier.
I researched many surgeons prior to choosing Dr. Valdez. He is the only surgeon who was thorough and requested to contact me himself to discuss the procedures via FaceTime. With traveling from Canada that helped me to make my decision on choosing him for my procedure.
I am a former bariatric surgery patient, and only 36 years old. The excess skin and fat in my neck and chin has always been a issue for me, prior and after losing the weight You have given me a new lease in life. A new confidence. I am forever grateful.
Between picking me up and taking me to appointments to having, you check in via text and come to my hotel room for checkups. You have all made me feel safe, cared for, and appreciated. If I could fly you all back to Canada and show you the same kindness I would.
I will absolutely be back for Dr. Valdez to do body work next year.
