My experience with My Medical Vacation facilitation of my cosmetic surgery has been very positive.

During my initial contacts, Andres and the staff were very professional and thorough. They promptly provided the information I requested. All my questions were answered completely. The procedure was scheduled to meet my time requirements. Although I had a little confusion regarding the payment process, the staff worked with me to ensure a flawless transfer.

Everyone has been very supportive and helpful from the moment I arrived in Cancun. My ride from the airport was waiting for me when I exited the airport. My nurse and concierge greeted me at the care home where I stayed. The care home was a modest house in a quiet neighborhood conveniently located to the medical facilities and shopping. Prior to my surgery, my nurse ensured I had all the provisions I needed for the next few days. The care home was conducive to a restful recovery; quiet, easy to negotiate, and very good WiFi, and Netflix.

The medical staff was great. I felt confident in the professionalism and talent of the doctors, hospital staff, and medical support personnel.

All were attentive and caring. They provided quality care to meet my goals and needs.

I am very pleased with the cosmetic surgery results. If I decide to have additional cosmetic surgeries, I would use My Medical Vacations services again.
