In December of 2022, I traveled to Cancun, Mexico for a facelift, neck lift, upper/lower bleph, lateral brow lift and buccal fat removal. After doing extensive research, I booked these procedures with the help of My Medical Vacations and I couldn’t be happier that I did! My initial contact was Carolina. She provided me with overall information about the booking process, accommodations, procedures, medical professional (my surgeon’s) credentials, and pricing. She was quick to respond to any
questions and always so pleasant and accommodating!
My surgeon was Dr. Arturo Valdez. He was simply amazing and also a very kind and warm personality. He made me feel comfortable and at ease and it was apparent after my meeting with him how truly skilled and talented he is. His knowledge is vast and yet he is so approachable and down to earth.
I also had a nurse, Ana that was with me every step of the way pre and post-surgery. She was more than a nurse, I felt like Ana was my supportive friend and personal cheerleader!
I also had the pleasure of working with Kary from My Medical Vacations. She assisted in coordinating my appointments. Kary is very professional and always responded in a timely manner. I appreciated
all of Kary’s hard work to make my experience smooth and simple.
If you and/or your friends and family are skeptical of going to Mexico for cosmetic procedures, I totally understand as I experienced the same hesitation, but I am here to assure you that the medical attention I received was top notch! I’d highly recommend My Medical Vacations and Dr. Valdez.
