I want to thank you for the care you have given me during my surgery and pre and post Op experience. As a person who has worked in healthcare for 20 years I understand the importance of patient care. With that said
Katie provided great information regarding the procedure ahead of time and selected Dr. Torres for my care; an excellent choice.
Aya, provided good concierge services and appointment scheduling although her repeated appoint develop, traffic delays, and excessive wait times were sometimes unnecessary and more attention should be emphasized on promptness.
As of Ana, what can I say? Except she made my recovery seamless, as painless as possible and treated me like a person rather than just a patient, She is exceptional in every way and My Medical Vacations is lucky to have her. If I could take her with me I would. She is a perfect 10!
As for Dr. Torres, his surgical skills will be recommended to many. His gentle spirit was refreshing and he gained my trust immediately –

As Dr. Baena – She was beautiful but her fees are a bit expensive and similar to US pricing but her knowledge was exceptional.
