From the very beginning, My Medical Vacations has been there for me going above and beyond. Naturally, I had a lot of questions about the procedure however from my first point of contact with Katie Lynas. every question was answered and every doubt reassured no matter how many times I contacted them. This organization is extremely professional and everything runs smoothly. I will definitely be recommending this company to anyone. We were picked up from the airport to my first meeting. This is when I meet Betty I felt like I was part of a family, not just some stranger coming to Mexico for a procedure. Betty is so well organized, all of my appointments were on time and in most cases, Betty waited with me during my appointments. Betty always texted daily to see how I was feeling or if I needed anything. I came to Mexico a stranger… I am leaving with friends.
My nurse Ana again I am overwhelmed with the level of professionalism and caring, Ana is such a kind caring person very gentle when making house calls to change your bandages words cannot describe how grateful I am to have met these individuals.
On the day of the surgery, Betty came with me and with reassuring words, made me feel at ease about the surgery. When I went for my consultation Dr. Valdez took the time to explain and break down exactly what was going to take place during surgery. He was very gentle on the day of my procedure taking time to explain the various types of implants and what determines the size of implant that works best for you.
Dr. Valdez made a house call to remove some stitches (went and above and beyond). I will forever be grateful to Dr.Valdez the outcome is remarkable.
