My experience was an excellent journey in getting my procedures completed during my stay in Cancun, Mexico. My patient concierge name Betty was professional and attentive to ensure I made it to my doctor´s appointments. Betty efficiently and safely transported me to and from my hotel, and was always on time. She checked on me throughout my stay to ensure all my concerns were addressed. It was a pleasure meeting the surgeon, who performed my procedures and I must say I immediately observed the results. During the initial consultation, he answered questions and described the surgery before I left his office. Nurse Anna was attentive in ensuring my post procedure dressings were changed and evaluated my pain during her visits. Overall, I was pleased with my service from such professional individuals (Katie, Betty, Anna and the surgeon).
