Johanna was my first contact and was great with quickly answering all of my pre-trip questions and planning. Dr.Valdez is an excellent surgeon he explained all procedures to me and checked in several times before and after surgery I friend him very personable,

I am writing to report that my experience with Anna was very good always positive and very helpful to me or my needs. She was always prompt and on time for all my appointments and she did the extra added flavor of assisting me in purchasing herbs to help with my healing process.
Betty was a great help to us during My Medical Vacation this march. I had a gastric sleeve procedure with Dr.Octavio Jiménez.
Betty scheduled my X-Rays, blood work, and cardiologist prior to my surgery, she took me to check appointments and took care of all the paperwork for me she explained everything well before each procedure she setup me a consultation and met us at the hospital to do paperwork and translate.

Those poor dears had to deal with my friend, the patient and my self-wich is a never easy task.
We really appreciate their excellent English as we do not speak but very little Spanish.

While I was in surgery yesterday Dianna took my companion to a fabulous lunch she is still talking about. Betty has gone above and beyond even doing our laundry!
We have really enjoyed our time with this group of friendly and enjoyable ladies and would definitively use them again and recommend to others.
From the very beginning, My Medical Vacations has been there for me going above and beyond. Naturally, I had a lot of questions about the procedure however from my first point of contact with Katie Lynas. every question was answered and every doubt reassured no matter how many times I contacted them.
