First all the whole experience was made super smooth by Katie which I am so grateful for! helping me find the right surgeons was so important and it was so nice to have options! the pre-op appointments were also very reassuring and professional both the doctors were very kind! I would say the only struggle I had was the day of the surgery with the slight language barrier between me and the nurses in the o.r.
From the first contact with Katie, my experience with MMV have been very good and professional.
I was picked up at the airport and handed over to aya who took excellent care of me by talking me to all the medical appointments which were all completed in one afternoon.

Being a single woman traveling alone to have surgery in, another country I was met by Gabriel who drove me to the lab to meet Aya and to get my first blood work done.
She was wonderful, so welcoming like I was her long-lost sister. Aya my patient concierge was also the one who arranged all of my appointment and sometimes brought to them.
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the amazing staff @ My Medical Vacations. Each person I encountered was kind professional and took the time to answer my questions. All of the facilities were clean and staffed with qualified professionals, Dr. Valdez was patient and helpful explaining each part of the surgical procedure.

I Can Not Say Enough Good Things About My Medical Vacations And Dr.Torres From The Time My Plane Landed, Aya Made Sure I Was Picked Up Form The Airport And Had An Itinerary Ready. She Made Sure I Was At All Of Me Pre-Op Appointments And Met With Dr.Torres. Because She Spoke fluen English And Spanish She Was Very Helpfull With Any Questions And Concerns I Had She Also Tried To Make Sure I Had Some Fun By Taking Me To The Movies (Dark) And Delivering Good Food She Was Fantastic!

” In November 2017 I traveled from Canada to Cancun Mexico to have a breast lift and augmentation with Dr. Edgar Torres of My Medical Vacations, and I don’t think that words could possibly describe how amazing my experience was!
To whom it may concern: my experience with My Medical Vacations was incredible. Back in 2016, I sent in a request for consultation, that is when first heard back from Katie. She had sent me the requested quotes and shortly after that I found out I was pregnant, that stopped everything.

My experience with My Medical Vacations was excellent. The arrival and coordination of test and visit to plastic surgeon went extremely smoothly.
The extended hours for the cardiologist and Dr. Torres were great! Playa medical hosp was modern and clean with very professional medical personal.
The only thing that could have made it better was if they spoke English.
I am very happy with the results of my procedure so far. The service package was well worth the expense, I am a RN did not feel I needed a nurse to come see me every day. Maureen talked me into it and I am very glad she did.
