My experience with My Medical Vacations was excellent. The arrival and coordination of test and visit to plastic surgeon went extremely smoothly.
The extended hours for the cardiologist and Dr. Torres were great! Playa medical hosp was modern and clean with very professional medical personal.
The only thing that could have made it better was if they spoke English.
I am very happy with the results of my procedure so far. The service package was well worth the expense, I am a RN did not feel I needed a nurse to come see me every day. Maureen talked me into it and I am very glad she did.
The travel aspect alone was worth and thanks,

They helped me clear any fears I may have had prior and after my surgery.

After months of researching dental and cosmetic procedures in Mexico, I got a call from Karen from MMV in Cancun. (Coincidentally we were going to Cancun the following week). I mentioned our imminent vacation and she suggested we meet one of their dentists and one of their cosmetic surgeons while we were there.
My experience was good with MMV after surgery I had a few minor concerns and everyone immediately cares and addressed them and made sure that I had great care.
Maureen was my first contact and she is super efficient and professional and even went above and beyond when we had a concern at our hotel she addressed it and made sure that we had a good experience.
