Greeting to the staff my medical vacations!
I just wanted to drop you a note to express my heartfelt gratitude for your guidance, support and expert knowledge during my “operation vacation“ in Cancun.
I had bariatric surgery over 14 years ago y experienced a lot of excess skin on my stomach and upper arms after my 150 lb. weight loss. Because the removal of excess skin was not deemed medically necessary insurance would not cover any related surgery. After years of contemplating both the U.S.A y Thailand and Mexico; I finally mustered the $ and courage to have the procedures in Cancun through your company.
Once I arrived in Mexico, I had all of the best care y best support from your staff and doctor’s. The hospital was clean, capable and “MMV” was very best of all.
Not only did the provide 24 hours medical y translation, but most important was their warmth y kindness throughout.
As an RN, I was particularly tough customer. I can’t say enough positive words about my medical vacations and most importantly, all of you. God bless caregivers like you.
