Facial Rejuvenation Testimonial from Colorado, USA

“I could not have asked for a better team of people!  I thank them (My Medical Vacations) from the bottom of my heart for their knowledge and compassion, and Dr. Valdez for his “gift”.  I still look a little bruised and swollen, but I feel that I will be very happy with the results…”

I am happy to tell you of my very positive experience with Medical Vacations.

I started exploring this in October. As a nurse I was checking everything out in different cities. After much research I felt that Dr. Valdez was the Dr. I wanted to do my face lift.

Gabriel contacted me within a few days of my inquiry. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and immediately made me feel like I had made a good choice. After more research I had a Whats App visit with Dr. Valdez. He answered all of my questions and gave me information that I needed.

I scheduled my surgery around my daughters’ vacation which was in March. By March I knew I would be ready to get out of the winter of Colorado.

As the time got closer, I got more nervous, and as the Corona virus got going I almost cancelled, but decided to go ahead with it.

We were met at the airport by a driver, and met Anna and Betty at the hospital to get my bloodwork and chest x-ray done.

Anna and Betty took us to our hotel (we stayed at Cancun Bay) and later that afternoon I had my EKG and met with Dr. Valdez

Everything was very efficient, and I was very happy with the pre-op evaluation and explanation of the surgery that Dr. Valdez gave me. Even though it was after 8pm he took all the time we needed to get ready for surgery

Tuesday morning Anna picked me up at 6am and everything went very smoothly…

I spent the night and Anna stayed in case I needed help with interpretation. Wednesday I was discharged after seeing Dr. Valdez, I forgot to mention the anesthesiologist. She was wonderful. Twilight anesthesia was comfortable and I didn’t feel or remember anything.

The day after I got out of the hospital my husband informed me that the border could get closed. Not knowing what this meant, I conveyed the news to the Medical Vacations team. They were helpful in getting me on my way.

My drains were removed, I was given all of the medications I would need, I was given a good mask, and was given a letter that gave me permission to travel. My face looked questionable, so they thought to give me the letter.

The airport was a nightmare, but we were able to change the ticket and get home.

I could not have asked for a better team of people! I thank them from the bottom of my heart for their knowledge and compassion, and Dr. Valdez for his “gift”. I still look a little bruised and swollen, but I feel that I will be very happy with the results.

Thanks, you

Carolyn
