I cannot even begin to stay enough good things about my experience with My Medical Vacations! From the moment I arrived in Cancun I was taken care of and felt at ease. Dr. Valdéz did such an amazing job!
My experience with My Medical Vacations was amazing, Katie Lynas and Ana Karen were the most amazing ladies. They made me feel so comfortable with everything; helped me with hotels and picked me up from the airport and called every day and kept in touch every day. After surgery called and came to my hotel to check up and take me to the doctor’s appointment.
First all the whole experience was made super smooth by Katie which I am so grateful for! helping me find the right surgeons was so important and it was so nice to have options! the pre-op appointments were also very reassuring and professional both the doctors were very kind! I would say the only struggle I had was the day of the surgery with the slight language barrier between me and the nurses in the o.r.
