The staff were very quick in responding to my initial emails concerning a quote, what the procedure entails… etc. The doctor was available at the perfect time for us. We arrived in Cancun and were greeted by Katie and Betty. They took us to our hotel (Ambiance Hotel) which was very comfortable and spacious for recuperating. On the day of the procedure the medical team were very professional and courteous. My Medical Staff brought us lunch at the clinic. Any errands we needed such as getting medications or necessities, the staff was quick to take us to the store.
