I am writing to explain my experience here in Cancun with My Medical Vacations. I was very pleased with my accommodations and personal care Betty and Anna checked in with me daily. I was transported to all my Apts. Safe round and on time.
Dr.Valdez is an excellent surgeon he explained all procedures to me and checked in several times before and after surgery I friend him very personable,

Betty was a great help to us during My Medical Vacation this march. I had a gastric sleeve procedure with Dr.Octavio Jiménez.
Betty scheduled my X-Rays, blood work, and cardiologist prior to my surgery, she took me to check appointments and took care of all the paperwork for me she explained everything well before each procedure she setup me a consultation and met us at the hospital to do paperwork and translate.

Naturally, I had a lot of questions about the procedure however from my first point of contact with Katie Lynas. every question was answered and every doubt reassured no matter how many times I contacted them. This organization is extremely professional and everything runs smoothly.
First all the whole experience was made super smooth by Katie which I am so grateful for! helping me find the right surgeons was so important and it was so nice to have options! the pre-op appointments were also very reassuring and professional both the doctors were very kind! I would say the only struggle I had was the day of the surgery with the slight language barrier between me and the nurses in the o.r.

Being a single woman traveling alone to have surgery in, another country I was met by Gabriel who drove me to the lab to meet Aya and to get my first blood work done.
She was wonderful, so welcoming like I was her long-lost sister. Aya my patient concierge was also the one who arranged all of my appointment and sometimes brought to them.
