Betty was a great help to us during My Medical Vacation this march. I had a gastric sleeve procedure with Dr.Octavio Jiménez.
Betty scheduled my X-Rays, blood work, and cardiologist prior to my surgery, she took me to check appointments and took care of all the paperwork for me she explained everything well before each procedure she setup me a consultation and met us at the hospital to do paperwork and translate.
I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the ladies at My Medical Vacations.
Those poor dears had to deal with my friend, the patient and my self-wich is a never easy task.
We really appreciate their excellent English as we do not speak but very little Spanish.
They always made sure we know what was happening and were always prompt and very professional.
I am writing express my appreciation of nurse Anna. She made us feel very confident and comfortable and provided very pleasant company.
While I was in surgery yesterday Dianna took my companion to a fabulous lunch she is still talking about. Betty has gone above and beyond even doing our laundry!
We have really enjoyed our time with this group of friendly and enjoyable ladies and would definitively use them again and recommend to others.
From the very beginning, My Medical Vacations has been there for me going above and beyond. Naturally, I had a lot of questions about the procedure however from my first point of contact with Katie Lynas. every question was answered and every doubt reassured no matter how many times I contacted them. This organization is extremely professional and everything runs smoothly.
First all the whole experience was made super smooth by Katie which I am so grateful for! helping me find the right surgeons was so important and it was so nice to have options! the pre-op appointments were also very reassuring and professional both the doctors were very kind! I would say the only struggle I had was the day of the surgery with the slight language barrier between me and the nurses in the o.r.
From the first contact with Katie, my experience with MMV have been very good and professional.
I was picked up at the airport and handed over to aya who took excellent care of me by talking me to all the medical appointments which were all completed in one afternoon.

Being a single woman traveling alone to have surgery in, another country I was met by Gabriel who drove me to the lab to meet Aya and to get my first blood work done.
She was wonderful, so welcoming like I was her long-lost sister. Aya my patient concierge was also the one who arranged all of my appointment and sometimes brought to them.
I wanted to take a moment to thank all of the amazing staff @ My Medical Vacations. Each person I encountered was kind professional and took the time to answer my questions. All of the facilities were clean and staffed with qualified professionals, Dr. Valdez was patient and helpful explaining each part of the surgical procedure.

I Can Not Say Enough Good Things About My Medical Vacations And Dr.Torres From The Time My Plane Landed, Aya Made Sure I Was Picked Up Form The Airport And Had An Itinerary Ready. She Made Sure I Was At All Of Me Pre-Op Appointments And Met With Dr.Torres. Because She Spoke fluen English And Spanish She Was Very Helpfull With Any Questions And Concerns I Had She Also Tried To Make Sure I Had Some Fun By Taking Me To The Movies (Dark) And Delivering Good Food She Was Fantastic!
