After a lot of research, I reached out to My Medical Vacations for information. I received prompt contact and was given instructions on what photos they required in order to give me a proper quote and i was reassured that these photos would go no further than to Dr Valdez.
From the beginning to the end, the people at My Medical Vacations are fantastic.
Carolina kept everything from the start of the process running smoothly, she made sure I had all the information I needed and any forms I required she made sure they were all accurate and complete any question I had were quickly answered.
Let me start by saying this is my 3rd trip so what should say a lot within itself.
Dr. Valdez and the staff Betty, Ana Kary are the best! I would recommend My Medical Vacations to anyone looking for a great staff and great results.

I am going to be brief or this would be 5 pages long because my satisfaction is that complete with my 10 day dental visit.Betty, Carolina and Ana are like my nieces now. They drove me everywhere and cared for me like I was their Dad or Tio. They often just called or texted just to check on me! Fetched my medication and even had my laundry done for me when I extend my stay!
From the beginning to end, my experience with My Medical vacations has been nothing short of ideal. This team goes beyond to ensure you are comfortable, relaxed and easy. Going to another country for a medical procedure is always a pretty scary thing, especially since I didn’t have any family or friends to accompany me.

I had several procedures, some small some big – these ladies plus.
I was never late, when I had 3 appointments at day, Ana pulls all nights when you are having surgery.
I wanted to say thank you and everyone who helped me during my stay. From the minute, I landed at the airport to when I left was a great experience.
I appreciated Doctor Jimenez so much he was very amazing for informing me how everything was going to be and it really calmed me.
This is my second trip down to see Dr. Valdez using My Medical Vacations, I underwent and abdominoplasty, I have previous experience with MMV to undergo a breast augmentation, like the first time MMV did not fail; they fully provided a full VIP support package for one low price
